Thanks for contacting us! The coil balance assembly you have here is an older, discontinued Simonton coil assembly. There are two possible replacement options we have for this, that'll provide below for your review. Take a look over each option to determine which would work best for your repairs.
The first option is the one we typically suggest for this repair; the 15-192 CertainTeed Pivot Shoe. To use this in place of your existing shoe, you'll likely need to shave down the aligners on the shoe so that it will fit in to the window space.
Your pivot bar is the 26-336 Simonton Pivot Bar but the end of it will not be compatible with the exiting shoe, so you'll need to shave down the collar for it to fit in the shoe.
The compatible coil spring is the Series 170 Coil Balance uses along with the 15-156 wide lance spring cover and 15-157 balance drum and secured to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. You'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the coil that will indicate the spring strength. If there aren't any, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and divide that by the total number of coils in the window.
The second option is to replace the entire assembly with the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe and the Series 159 Coil Balance (you'll need to follow the same steps described above to replace the coil spring).
Your existing pivot bar will not be compatible with this shoe, so you'll need replace it with the 26-083 Pivot Bar. The 15-255 Coil Single Support will replace the cover.
