Thanks for confirming. I've just forwarded over a separate link with a quote for (2) custom balances as there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom order. Be sure to also check your spam/junk folder for the link as well. Also, please let me know if you need a higher quantity of balances.

You'll be able to use this link to review the pricing of these balances and to place them in your online cart to make your purchase. Let me know if you have any questions.

Can you identify the sash guide and takeout clips that should work if they are not included? Some are bent/ broken or missing.

Your top sash guide looks a lot like the Alpine Stepped Sash Guide, part 18-171. Look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm that this is the correct replacement.

The take out clips typically used with channel balances, are the 16-002. Compare this part to your existing clips, if this is not a match, I'll need to see a photo of the original.

Adjacent to this window is another smaller window, the balance is identical design but is stamped 1430 BSI PV. The length is 14 7/8. Would you be able to provide a custom quote? 2 are needed.

Sure, I'd be happy to! It's just a little difficult to tell for sure from these photos: can you verify that this balance is identical to the previous one, aside from the size and stamp? I just want to be 100% sure that we're sending you the right configuration.

I can confirm the plastic is identical, the gray plastic at the bottom is quite broken, which is why it appears different in the photo than the first set. Here's a side by side comparison of the two.

Thanks for confirming. I've forward over a quote in a separate email for the requested balances.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist with.

Have a great day!
