Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Question

Length 20 7/8" channel. the left balance is stamped 20 4 CQ caldwell. The right balance is stamped 20 3 JR caldwell. It is a Milgard window, unknown date of mfg. I'll need two balances. Feel free to email me if you need further information.

Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S380-21 or S385-21. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best--see the picture below for reference. In either case for a new stamp option choose 2040.
