Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your channel balances are not an Extended Travel Channel Balance. They do not have wheel and hook attached to the shoe like that balance does. Although, they may still need to be custom assemblies.

The balance replacements you'll need are either the S380-35 with a 1" shoe or the S385-35 with 1-3/32" shoe (it would be a good idea to double check the length of the metal channel; if it is 34", you'll need either the S380-34 or the S385-34). 

To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe. There is a chance it may be 7/8", if so let me know and I'll be happy to provide you with a custom link for the replacements.

Unfortunately, I am unable to cross-reference the stamp from the balance, so I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash to confirm the correct stamp for your replacements.

Thanks for confirming this information. You'll need the S380-35 Channel Balance. 

Regarding the sash weight, if you've rounded up to 34lbs, you can use the 3450 stamp option; if the weight was slightly over 34lbs, you'll need the 3460 stamp option.
