Question

The length is 31.5 inches.

The stamps for each window are:

-Window A = 31 5
B.S.I
PL

-Window B = 31 3
B.S.I
PL

The window were manufactured by Milgard. These windows were installed when our home was built in 2003/2004.

We need two of the window A balances and two of the window B balances.

I also need a replacement take-out clip.

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channels should measure 31-5/8" long so you may want to check before placing your order since custom orders are nonrefundable.

I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) balances with the 31-5 stamp and (2) with the 31-3 stamp that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note that there is a 5-6 week lead time and there's a chance it could take longer.

The 16-002 take out clip can't be included in this link so don't forget to add the needed quantity to your cart separately.
