Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Quick Learner
Mine are 27-7/8" not sure if it's just 28". Bought the house last year and all windows are hard to open , pitch sideways in channel, or fall closed. I would like all new balances as well and all plastic clips. There is 2 on each sliding window ( each side at top of channel) and there is 2 clips one each side of frame channel at top. The only name or stamp I see anywhere on window is lock handle and it says- KIHRO the home is a manufactured home built in 2003. I'm going to rebuild all the windows so I will need a quote for 14 windows-

28 balance's
28 of the clips for slider
28 of the clips for top of frame channel
28 of the stopper clips to hold balances for removal.

Thanks for reaching out to us! This doesn't look like an extended travel-type balance. This is more like the Series 380 or Series 385 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe.

There should be a stamp printed on the metal channel as well. Can you show us a photo of that? Can you also confirm the length of the metal channel? 27-7/8" is a weird length for this kind of balance so I'm hoping that's with the end fittings included.

When you say "stopper clips", I wonder if you're referring to the take out clips. If so, see if the 16-002 matches what you need. I'm not sure what other clips you need so we'd like to see photos of the parts in question to compare to our inventory.
