34DS 38 Channel Balances

Question

PGT window from 2000 or 2001. Length 38"  appears to have stamped 34DS 38. Attached picture. The cord was broken and the hook is missing. I need (2) one for each side of the window.

Your balance resembles the S395 at first glance assuming that the bottom fitting wings haven't broken off. With that being said, you stamp code would normally indicate that the metal channel would measure 35" long, not including the end fittings. Your stamp would also indicate that your window sash may weigh 38 pounds. If the length and sash weight match, see the S395-35 channel balance with 3460 strength options to support a sash between 34-39 lbs. Thanks for posting!
