Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

Question

The length of metal channel is 29 inches. The stamp reads 28B USB. I am not sure who manufactured and when is was made (though likely in 2005ish). I need two for now to make sure they do work.

This doesn't appear to be an extended travel channel balance. Take a look at the S380-29, S385-29, and S378-29. The difference between them is the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below.

You may also need the 2820 stamp option for your replacements. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 12 to 16 pounds, but you can weigh the sash to confirm it falls within this weight range.
