I DON'T KNOW THE MANUFACTURER OF THE WINDOW THEY CAME WITH THE HOUSE. I NEED THREE SETS. THEY DEFINITELY ARE SINGLE HUNG NON-TILT WINDOWS. THEY WERE EASY TO TAKE OUT WITH THE RIGHT SIDE, EASILY COMING FREE AND THEN THE LEFT SIDE FOLLOWED. THEY'VE ALL FAILED AT ABOUT THE SAME TIME. THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP. YOU CAN GIVE ME.

The length of the balance should be 32", based on the stamp, but be sure to double check. If am correct, your window balances can be replaced with either the S380-32 or the S385-32. To determine which of these is the right replacement, you'll need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe.

Our stamp will support a sash weighing 23 to 28lbs. It may be a good idea to double check that your sash weight falls between this range.
