Exterior sliding door pull

Home Owner from New York
Unfortunately this just seems like a plastic piece that has broken off. Would appreciate any suggestions!

I've never seen this kind of handle before. It has a very odd design. Before I recommend anything, can you tell me the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center? Can you also show me a picture of the mortise it interacts with? Thanks!

Thank you for your reply. We think that the distance from center of the hole to center of the hole is approximately 1 15/16 of an inch.

Thanks for getting back to us. This is a very, very weird handle setup. I've never seen anything like it before. Can you confirm that this is for a sliding glass patio door? If so, you may be able to use something like our 82-005 as a substitute. This is a surface mount handle, meaning it just installs to the face of the door. You will need to install new screws for it to work, though.

Even then, I cannot predict that it will be compatible with the way your door is designed. I'm just not familiar with this setup. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
