Could you please tell me the dimensions of the pivot point(nose) on this bar? That is the vital information I require.

Sure, the tip of the 26-460 pivot bar is 9/32" wide and 1/4" tall.

Please keep in mind that this pivot bar is only meant to replace a very specific previously existing pivot bar. If you have anything different, there's a good chance that the 26-460 won't work regardless of whether or not the tip matches. If you were to show me a picture of your old pivot bar, I can confirm.
