FASCO mortise lock

Do you have a lock that we can replace this with. The lock doesn't work properly. The lock is 12 inches from top screw to bottom screw. The whole mortise assembly is 12 1/2 inches. It is 1" wide and 1 1/2" deep.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the dimensions of our 82-260 recessed mortise lock to yours. It also looks like the thumb latch is missing from your inside handle, so you may also need our 82-107 latch. Thanks for posting!
