Farley Window Replacement parts

Home Owner from Colorado
I have double hung Farley windows and need to replace the following:

Left tilt latch (Says L18 on it)
Right tilt latch (Says R23 on it)

And the some left and right parts that attach to the bottom of the window and go into spring bar so it doesn't slam closed (not sure what that is called)

Pictures attached.

Thanks!

Hello,

You can start by comparing tilt latches like our 2-5/8" long 26-419 and 26-420 or 26-243 and 26-244 but you'll need to compare all of the dimensions on both product pages to an undamaged latch to see which latch pair could work for you.

If you need replacement support balances, pivot shoes or pivot bars, we'll need to see photos of those parts removed from the window, along with dimensions to determine what you could use. We'll relate some videos to help point you in the right direction. Thank you!

Great, take a look at our 26-412 flared pivot bar and see how the dimensions compare to yours. Thanks for posting!
