Female Pivot Lock Shoe

Question

I have received the parts ordered but the 15-118 pivot shoe is not the right one. Although it is close. The window insert that I have is a female. Please advise.

Thanks for posting. That is certainly a bit unusual. Take a look at the 26-040 and 26-063 Pivot Bars. Compare their dimensions, specifically the distance between the center of the mounting holes and the pin that fits into the pivot shoe's cam, with your old pivot bar. If at least one of the holes match up, I think you could just swap out the pivot bars, provided their width and thickness are compatible with your sash.
