Need to identify (Mfg:Cavco) window Pivot Shoe. Approximate size 9/16 thick, 1 1/4 wide and 1 3/8 high.

Thanks for posting. Your exact pivot shoe is no longer made, but our 15-177 is very similar and should work as a replacement. This shoe, like your old one, works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. Let me know if you have further questions.
