Thanks for writing in! The patio door handle set you have here can be replaced with the 82-086 Legacy Keyed Handle Set. It is sold with the keyed lock and a new set of keys.

Dimensions for 82-086

The mortise lock can be replaced with 82-260 Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Pocket Plate. If you do end up replacing the lock, your existing keeper may not be compatible with it. That said, be sure to take a look at the 82-249 as well.

These pieces of hardware are sold separately from the handle set.
