Finding old custom balance order?

i ordered some parts some time ago but I cant find the order. i need more of the same. it was 29" balance with top 19-005. and shoe 15-001. the sash i dont remember. help

This kind of balance actually doesn't need to be custom made anymore. It now comes standard as our Series 395 channel balance, and you can order it directly from our site.
