Fixing windows so that they stay up

My window wont stay up. Do i need to replace the balances or just tighten them up?

I see you were looking at our S600-30. Is that what balance you have? If so, then it's a great idea to see if you can tighten it up first before you actually replace them. See our 75-006 charging tool and the guide below.

If that doesn't work, then you're still ahead of the game since you'll need the 75-006 to install a new balance, anyway.
