Foam insulation strip for sliding sash double hung windows

I have a piece of foam insulation what was bent out of shape and had to be removed and I'm trying to figure out what to buy to replace it. It snaps into the frame as shown in the photos.

To further review, are you able to remove an undamaged piece where we can see a clearer view of the end profile. Can you also provide the width of the base that slides into the channel? From there we can compare to our selection to determine if we can supply a suitable match. Thank you!
