Patriot Window 30B Balances

Question

Hello, I am looking to see if you have replacement balance for windows that were installed by Ryan Homes. I believe they are Patriot windows, 1800J single hung. The plastic top holder has broken. I included pictures of the parts I am hoping you have available. It looks like it may be Product Code: S795 on your site, can you confirm? Thanks

Hello,

I agree that your balance resembles the S795-30 (30B). Note that our balances come with the 15-195 closed-cam shoe attached. You'll need the 15-195B open-cam shoes, which are sold separately. See the video below showing how to swap them out.

You'll also need to confirm if your balances use a screw tab at the end of the pulley like our stock balances. If they use a hook, just let us know and we can go from there. Thank you!
