For double hung windows two in total vinyl

I have ordered from you before about a year ago. I have two Vinyl double hung windows that my tenants are rough with. These parts fell out of the tracks on the sides. They keep the windows from sliding down by themselves. Do you have these parts? Thank You, Shawn

Your pivot shoe looks like a good match for our 15-087 that uses the Series 180 coil springs and 16-024 mounting bracket. Look these parts over and see what you think.
