French Door Handle Replacement

A quick learner from California. 91302 says:

The locking mechanism of my otherwise super sturdy door locks has failed for the second time in a year.

A locksmith replaced the springs which had broke, but it appears the new-ish ones are not returning the lock catches. As a result, the door will not lock.

For this reason, I would like to replace the entire mechanism if possible. Please the three photos for dimensions.

NOTE: The lock is stamped with a Sash Controls Ferndale MI name on the brass handles.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Thanks! Peter

Thanks for posting. We usually recommend replacing the entire mortise lock instead of just the springs, anyway, for just this reason. See our 82-265, I think this could be a good match. See what you think.
