Friction Shoe for wood double hung windows

Question

This house is 20 years old with 20 wooden double hung windows with coil spring balances. These plastic shoes have broken at the spring connection. There is no name or number on any of the windows or parts.

I am looking to replace all of shoes on these windows. What do I need to get?
