Friction shoe

Question

I have about 10 Crestline double hung windows circa 1999 that wont stay up because the sash pivot Friction slides are broken, the dimensions and physical appearance are identical to your part # 15-104
except the nipples that stick out to keep it in the grove are over 0.200" long and your part's protrusions are very minimal. See attached photo

I don't think this will prevent and issue but wanted an expert opinion

Thanks for posting. All the overall dimensions of the 15-104 as listed on the product page otherwise the same as your old friction shoe? If so, I believe it will work for you, but let us know what you find.
