Your balance resembles the S795-24 (24B) at first glance. With that being said, you'll need to confirm if the specifications of the t-lock shoe match the closed cam 15-195 shoe that comes with our stock balances. You'll also need to check if the pulley uses a screw clip as shown below or a hook like the 15-198, which we can attach through a custom order if needed. Thanks for posting!
