Caradco Gears Do Not Work

the gears to open the window do not work. Plastic casing over the gear and crank is Caradco.

We should be able to help but we'll need to see more of the operator to match up the correct replacement. Could you push open the window as far as it will go and take another picture from above so that we can see the arms that open and close the window? With that, we should be able to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!

This is on the other window which is on the opposite side of the door. I can not open the broken gear window.

Thanks for writing in. Take a look at either our 39-031 and 39-032 or our 39-155 and 39-156. Look over both sets of operators and see if one of these matches the dimensions of what you need.
