Gears slip as opening window and closing, the handle assembly gear seems ok, all I see on crank is stamped word Truth 30818. Right side is that all I need to replace crank assembly.
Please not this is a right side crank needing replaced but the photo is left side crank

Thanks for writing in. Start by looking at our 39-413 and its opposite-handed counterpart, the 39-412. These are straight arm operators replete with that similar 'offset' in the arm that your old mechanism features. Compare the diagrams below with your existing hardware to see if it matches what you need. Let me know if the measurements differ at all, and if so, by how much.
