Thanks for reaching out to us. You have a bit of an interesting setup here. I've never seen this style pivot bar used like a spring as shown in your fourth photo. I strongly suspect this was a clever custom alteration made by whoever repaired this window last. These are typically meant to screw directly to the bottom of the sash and are stationary at all times.
That doesn't mean that you can't use our replacement parts in the same capacity, just that it might take some handiwork on your end for everything to operate like it did originally.
To start, we don't sell a pivot bar in this style that's 2-1/4" long. This wouldn't be an issue in 99% of cases, but when used with a spring like yours is, that's going to be a problem. You will need to adjust the position of the spring so that it works with the new length.
The two options I recommend are the 26-465, which is 2" long, or the 26-040, which is 3" long. Also take note of the hole placement relative to the front tip, which will be relevant for the side of the window that doesn't use a spring.
Speaking of the spring, that would be our 26-016. Just make sure that our length is the same as yours, but I suspect it will be.
Concerning the balance, being 3/8" in diameter that would be our S900-35.
Lastly, for the pivot shoe, we don't sell anything that's 1" wide x 1/2" thick. Can you verify those dimensions? Note that you will have to remove the pivot shoe from the track before you measure it. It's not possible to get an accurate size so long as it's still installed.
I know that's a lot of information, but your situation is unique! Please let me know if you wanted clarification on any of these points.
Sure thing! Just let me know if you had any follow up questions and we would be happy to assist.
