General Aluminum Window 1900 Series

Question

Single Hung NON-tilt window. Balance on either side broken, or the catch to hold the balance in place is broken. the window will not stay up when opened. Do you have repair/replacement parts?

We should be able to help, yes. Can you confirm the diameter of the outer balance tube? If it's 3/8", I recommend our Series 400 spiral balance. If it's 5/8" or 9/16", I recommend our Series 500 instead.
