Getting the right Window Balance

Hi. Trying to make sure I order the proper window channel balance. I've attached pictures that will hopefully help. It looks like I have two different numbers depending on the window. The one I sent pics of appear to have a "28B" number on them. The other one that is not pictured, looks the same, but has a "28D" on it. Could you please help?

Please see our S380-29 channel balance, I think this is what you need. I would also recommend weighing your sash on a scale, just to be 100% sure which stamp option would be the best choice.
