We should be able to assist, but to further review, are you able to show a clearer image of the locking hook on the interior handle? Can you also provide the distance between the installation holes from center to center? From there we can get a better idea of the overall style for a potential replacement option. Thank you!

The screws are 4 7/8 in.

Please review the style and dimensions of the 82-005 handle set. Double check the spacing as it measure 4-15/16" apart from center to center. Let us know if you have any questions!
