Glygen Patriot Window - Pivot Shoe

Question

Need 2 replacement pivot shoes for the Glygen manufactured Patriot window. Also need 2 spring mechanisms but do not have the picture for that. If you could help with both that would be amazing.

Thanks for writing in. Take a look at our 15-194 T-Lock Shoe. Just make sure that the 1" size matches your old shoe. Your T-Lock Shoes have a groove in the stem that is meant to interface with a groove in your old spring mechanisms, or what we call channel balances. Our T-Lock Shoes and balances do not have this groove, so as it turns out you'd have to replace your channel balances anyway. See our Series 795 Channel Balances. Just make sure that your balances install to the top of the window track the same way ours do, with a tab that is screwed in. If this is not the case, let us know. Watch the video below for installation details. While it illustrates how to replace an older style balance with the Series 795, I think you'll find it helpful for installation details in general.
