Question

I would like a replacement for the pictures above. The screw to screw measurement is 4 15/16". The customers would like to be able to lock it from the outside. The strike is missing from the mine in the pictures and I would need another strike as well. It looks the key lock is a Schlage SC1. TIA

Thanks for writing in. See our 82-005 Surface Mount Handle Set. This has the same hole spacing you report and also looks to have the same latch design. For an outside keyed handle, see the 82-306 sold separately. Let me know if you have any other questions.
