Hi GD Everyone, Hope all is well with you and your family.
Trying to replace the broken balance's for this window. The balance measure 35" L x 5/8" diameter, it has a RED tip. Plus the track and the window clips are broken.
Based on the photos can you assist in the replacement and is there anything else you can advise on that I may need. Also how long will it take to deliver?

Hello, It looks like you have the old-style Acorn pivot shoe that has since been replaced with the 15-015. I would also recommend the 26-040 tilt bar. Carefully look our information over for these parts to confirm. For your window balances, I suggest the S600-35 red tip spiral balance. As for your tilt latch, take a look at our 26-169 Acorn tilt lock. Make sure to review the dimensions to confirm that they match up to yours.
