To be honest, I am not sure. I've never seen a pivot bar like this with that extra bump before. It really depends on whether it does anything important or not for securing the pivot bar to the sash. If it's just a stop to prevent the pivot bar from going too far into the pivot shoe, then it's not something I'd worry about and the 26-040 should work fine.
