Gray rubber seal for sliding glass patio door

The gray rubber seal you see in the attached photo has slipped out and become pinched (in certain spots) into the crevice meant for the glass to slip into. I need a replacement strip if you carry it. The strip is part of a very old sliding glass door. I hope you have it. Please respond. Thanks.
