Great Lake Casement Crank Out

A quick learner says:
Serial number is gone. how do I know which parts i need?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Serial numbers rarely lead to an accurate identification, anyway. The best way to determine what you need is to go by physical attributes. Dimensions, shape, etc. If you were to show me a picture of the part in question, we can get started. We may need more information but I'll need to know what to ask for, first.

Thanks! Looks like the only thing that broke is your operator cover. You can use our 39-107 to replace it.

Please let me know if you had any questions!

A quick learner from Creighton Nebraska says:
The whole assembly is bad the gears are stripped out.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for clarifying, In that case, we need to see the whole thing. Your photos above only show the base, which only tells half the story. In order to determine a good replacement, we need to see the rest of it.

A quick learner from Creighton Nebraska says:
Hope this helps. In order to take the operators out I have to take the trim apart. These aren't very user friendly to take out

Your arms are still obscured in these photos, but the design is very similar to our 39-031 and 39-032. I recommend carefully reviewing the information and dimensions we show on their store pages to confirm that everything matches.

We don't have anything in that size, unfortunately. The only operators that come close are our 39-334 and 39-333, but I highly recommend that you triple check your measurements to make sure that they're accurate.
