Technical problems won't let me provide a photo so I'll do what I can with a description.
I need a coil balance shoe to replace the slate blue one. Your photos show a #15-177 that is very similar. I will also need a coil spring as well. The sash weighs 14.6 lbs. The existing coil has a large capital "E" on it but no other markings. I think this is a series 152 coil spring.
Is this enough information to get the balance shoe and the coil spring? Will I need two of the shoes and two of the springs since there are two operating the window?
