Great Lakes Sliding Door

A home owner from MN says:
Looking for replacement rollers for what I was told was "Tank Tread" style. I understand they are no longer made (original parts). These have nylon cylinder rollers that are reciprocating .

Thanks

Paul from SWISCO responded:

81-279 has been used as a replacement. The adjustment screw sits slightly higher, but the wheels roller nice than this old tank tread style. Take a look and see what you think.

You may also want to check the screw before putting the door back in the frame. If the adjustment screw can't be reached after installation, put a shim inside the slot to bring the roller out a little.

Get back to us and let us know how everything works out.
