Grey plastic slider

Hello

I went to the installer of the window. They ordered the two sliders in pic but without the grey plastic piece . I?m looking for the two grey plastic pieces. Enclosed is pic of label on frame .

The gray plastic piece you're looking for is known as a pivot shoe. We call your specific type a "T" lock shoe. Unfortunately, yours is no longer made. I note that it has a deep groove in the front of the stem, to accommodate a similar groove in the metal channel. This is a style that was discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available anywhere that I know of.

We can still help, but you will need an all new balance. See our Series 795. I believe this will work well as a replacement.
