Guardian Slider Part Needed

I need to buy the missing latch receiver (The one that mounts into the stationary door jamb). The latch is in the door and is working fine.
I depressed the button on the latch and it works great but it has nothing to grab when actuated.
The LATCH PLATE in the movable door measures 11-3/4" tall and is 3/4" wide.
Please advise ASAP.
