I'm sorry, but I am not able to identify what roller you need based on this information. We will need to see pictures of it removed from the door, along with clear measurements. That is the only way to know for sure what it is you have installed. I know it's a pain, but that's just how these doors are made. There really going to be any helpful clues.

There should be an outer housing, likely still installed in the door. In order to identify a replacement we need to see the entire roller unit together, both inside roller and outer housing.

I highly recommend checking again. I am certain there is an outer housing still installed in your door. I've seen similar rollers presented just like this, and in every occasion there is more to the part. I won't be able to make a recommendation without seeing the whole roller unit.
