Thanks for your post! The shoe you have is the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe. The compatible coil is the Series 152 Coil Balance, secured to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. To determine the correct coil for the assembly, take a look at the video tutorial tagged below this thread.

The 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and the 15-145 Coil Support Barrel can be used to for the coil support.

We do not have an exact replacement match for your pivot bar but there are a few that could possibly work for your repairs. Take a look at the 26-030, 26-226, 26-352, and the 26-466 to determine if any of these have an installation hole placement that matches yours.
