Guidance needed

A handy person from St. Louis says:
I just moved into a new house that has some windows with the Caradco crank. As I am unfamiliar with them i am hoping to get some assistance.

Attached photo shows the setup on one of a pair of windows (this is the right window if looking at from the inside). The left window functions and opens properly but this one does not. I am not sure if the gear is stripped and if so what needs to be replaced.

The other photo is the window next to it opened, which works perfect.

If you could guide me on replacement parts and installation it would be much appreciated!

Start by looking at our 39-155 and 39-156. I think these will replace your operators, but you should carefully compare our dimensions to yours to confirm. As for installation instructions, see the video below.
