Guide for window screw lift

Question

I cannot find any markings on my vinal window . No Name etc. The window has screw type lifts and the window s open from bottom to top Must be at least 15 years old as thats when i bought the home. the size of the GUIDE {IF THAYS WHAT THEIR CALLED} are2 and a half inches long by 1/4 inch wide and the hight flat piece at 90degrees with the screw hole is 1 inches for a total of 3 screw holes. thanks neal
