We are looking for replacement spiral balances, 36" long, and the white plastic window holder

window does not hold on opening

Hi, when the window opens, and I try to hold it, it won't stop, just sliding down. I am trying to replace it. Is it only to fix this issue, by the way?

Repairing some windows at our Legion Post and have had great luck finding parts at Swisco. Several of our windows have pivot bars missing or bent. Ordered SWISCO Part Number: 26-040, 3inch pivot bar.
