Hi, when the window opens, and I try to hold it, it won't stop, just sliding down. I am trying to replace it. Is it only to fix this issue, by the way?

We have some older double-hung tilt-in windows. Most work perfectly. One is in need of new hardware all around. Pivot shoe, spiral balance, and pivot rod. I found everything on your site easily except for the pivot bars/sash pivots (not clear on proper name in my case). The attached pictures are of ... (cont.)

Please help ID this tilt pin. Sizes on drawings in pics Do not know manufacturer of window. Let me know if you need more info or pics. I am hoping with its odd shape and size, it will be recognizable.

The window will go up but falls down. The window can tilt in but falls off its track due to this broken piece.

Need one part

I have 2 of these (pics attached)that I need to replace. The patent number on them is 4926524 which is the same number shown on the product you have. However, the width of mine is 3/8" not 1/2" as shown in the picture. Also the part is a "C" shape as opposed to the solid rectangle like the product y ... (cont.)

Tilt window sash is missing one pivot bar. Window brand is unknown. Can you determine window brand model based on this photo. Is a spare of this part available for purchase?

there is this Pat No. 4926524 on the part. i believe that they MAY be Harvey Windows but i cannot confirm that 100 percent. Quite a number of these parts are snapped off.Please let me know if you can locate the part and let me know how to purchase. - Thank You, Mark

Looks like pivot sash bracket goes into the spring to hold window up

Double sash vinyl window part to allow the window to stay up.

I looked on your site but I don't see the exact part I need. Can you tell me if you have this part or a replacement for it.

Attached is a photo of the pin that goes in the side rail, also a photo of the broken pin, a photo of the rail system and a photo of the label on the window. Would love to purchase some new pins. Not sure if that's the correct term.
