Looking for this pivot bar

Question

Tilt window sash is missing one pivot bar.  Window brand is unknown. Can you determine window brand model based on this photo.  Is a spare of this part available for purchase?

Thanks for posting. I am afraid we don't carry this exact pivot bar, and it may no longer be made. See our 26-125. Please compare and see if you think it could work as a substitute.
