The lower sash pivot bar is missing out of one side of my Series 795 window. I ordered a 26-125 replacement but won't fit in the window hole. The pivot bar on the other side of the window looks like it has a plastic casing. These windows were put in when we built our house in 2007. Any suggestions? ... (cont.)

I need 2 replacement Door Tandem Roller Assemblys. The casing is about 4-3/4" long x 1-3/16 deep x 11/16 thick. Mounting holes are 5-11/16" apart and the wings drop down 1-1/2" down from the top. I can not get the door on when the rollers are all the way down.

How do I remove the pivot bar. Looks like window bottom/side prevents it from sliding out. Also after I replace pivot bar how does it go back in to pivot shoe. Please identify pivot bar part and please answer my 2 questions. Thanks

Mark the sash bar is on a triple pane Rolox window about 25-30 years old. We broke one of ours and want to order one. I cannot find it on your website. We want to order some other pieces also but wanted to see if you could come up with a sash bar.

Hello. I have a broken pivot pin with Pat No. 4926524 on the bottom which points me to product 26-125. 26-125 doesn't really look like my part. I've attached some photos. Is my pin really 26-245? Is 26-125 included with 26-245? Please let me know what you think.

Need help identifying this window . As you can see where the bottom of the window goes into the pivot piece on the bottom of spring the plastic is broken. Fits into balance/ spring???? Don't know what kind of window,or what this part is called?? Window was put in in 1980's. Double hung window with spiral balances. Window not intended to open far until tenant tried to and broke it.
