The lower sash pivot bar is missing out of one side of my Series 795 window. I ordered a 26-125 replacement but won't fit in the window hole. The pivot bar on the other side of the window looks like it has a plastic casing. These windows were put in when we built our house in 2007.
Any suggestions?
